This product is designed to match the electrical control assembly of explosion-proof precision electric actuators. It is installed at the original junction box on the side of the explosion-proof electric actuator and comes with a built-in junction box. Customers need to obtain an explosion-proof certificate themselves. Using a single coil absolute value encoder or potentiometer to collect valve position, combined with an intelligent circuit board to achieve non-invasive cover free debugging and operation. Accept remote control switch signals or analog signals, and the circuit board directly drives the AC asynchronous motor to perform switch or adjustment actions. Output one analog valve position feedback signal and four relay signals to indicate fully closed, fully open, remote, and comprehensive faults. DC brushed motors can also be controlled by DC 24V power supply. MODBUS-RTU bus and 4G wireless communication can be added.
