This product is an electronic control assembly designed to match the imported Bernard SD model from France. Changing the two control chambers of the original plan to one control chamber avoids water leakage caused by the conduit connecting the two chambers, making the structure simpler and the performance more reliable. Compared to the original plan, adding a LCD screen and on-site knobs has enabled on-site operation. The encoder scheme comes with gear reduction, covering sizes of 1:3-1:9 teeth reduction, making production and stocking more convenient. The encoder scheme, combined with an intelligent circuit board, achieves electronic limit setting, which is simpler than the original scheme that uses a travel cam mechanism combined with a potentiometer. It truly realizes non-invasive and cover free debugging and operation, making the Bernard SD model truly intelligent. This control assembly receives remote 4-20mA analog signals or remote control switch signals, and directly drives single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motors to perform regulating or switching actions. Output 4-20mA valve position feedback signal and 4 sets of relay dry contacts, indicating fully closed, fully open, remote, and comprehensive fault status. It is designed with a unique three-phase energy consumption braking circuit, which avoids the problem of overshoot in reverse braking, resulting in better braking effect and higher control accuracy. Due to its excellent braking effect and high control accuracy, this product is widely used in high-precision and frequent adjustment scenarios.
